The Challenge
The project consists of redefining the new "customer" experience of Medifice by embodying the positioning of the brand while reflecting an inspiring image and creating an innovative and memorable medical experience. This new type of clinic encourages an active lifestyle for users and reinforces the notion of community by creating a hub for medical staff members.
The Response
The 5 storeys clinic is spread out on a total surface of 55 094 sq.ft and offers an emergency service, a radiology department, commercial spaces, spaces dedicated to specialists and general doctors, rental spaces and common areas on the 5th floor, which includes a bistro, coworking spaces, and conference rooms. It reinforces the competitive advantage of the Medifice destination by proposing innovative landmarks such as a central agora, "lounge" areas in the circulations, a queuing strategic layout, collaborative furniture, a structuring central staircase and the diversion of the exit stairwell in a vertical circulation.
